Xylo uses local storage, which is not a cookie, to keep a random session identifier, the active conversation, conversation state and an assessment hand-off available after a refresh. This information stays in that browser until you clear the conversation, remove site data or the browser removes it.

Hosting, security and payment providers may use strictly necessary cookies or comparable storage to deliver pages, prevent abuse, maintain secure payment flows and remember consent. These technologies are not used by Xylo for behavioural advertising.

Xylo does not currently set advertising cookies or optional audience-measurement cookies. We will update this notice and introduce any legally required choice controls before enabling optional tracking.

Use Clear conversation inside Xylo to remove the locally stored chat, or remove site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent conversation continuity, payment security or other requested functions.

This policy will be revised when our use of cookies or similar technologies changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
