Xylo should be usable with different devices, input methods and assistive technologies. We continue to test and improve it.
Our approach
We use semantic controls, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus states, labelled forms, readable contrast, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support. The chat maintains a bounded reading area and exposes new messages to assistive technology.
Known limitations
Automated and manual testing cannot represent every combination of browser and assistive technology. If something prevents you from using Xylo, we want to know.
